Our softball season is in the spring semester of the school year. This means we have the whole fall to prepare and train for our upcoming season. The fall is a great time to build on our skills and weight train so we can be at our strongest and fastest by the time we play games. Strength and conditioning is the most important part of the off season for many reasons. It builds up our endurance and sharpens our mental toughness. We start training fully this week and I'm excited to start working towards my many goals.
