We have had a lot of small group hitting sessions for the first few weeks of school. This has been very beneficial because we have gotten a lot of one-on-one coaching which has helped us grow. Since we are only a few weeks into training we have stuck with mainly the basics and lots of loading drills. The load is one of the most essential parts of the swing because how you start impacts its entirety. So keeping our load smooth and on time has helped us prepare to move into live pitching.
